SHIPPING INFORMATION
We know you're excited to receive your new Gaya Chic products, so we'll do our best to process and ship your order right away. Most orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail.

The rest of the world enjoys FREE shipping for orders over $100.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Gaya Chic is not responsible for processing or payment of these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer to the respective agent at the time of delivery.
The estimated shipping transit time is listed below. Timing may vary depending on shipment delays, customs clearance processing, etc.
- Malaysia & Brunei: 5 - 7 working days
- Asia (except Japan, Australia, New Zealand): 6 - 10 working days
- The rest of the world: 6 - 12 working days

RETURN POLICY

Gaya Chic has a flexible return policy to put your mind at ease. If you received an item that is faulty or damaged upon receipt due to postal handling, please contact us immediately at info@gayachic.com so that we can make it right.
Perhaps you've changed your mind, it doesn't look as good on you or you received this as a gift. We will gladly accept your item for exchange subject to the terms below:
- Item must be unused, never worn and in original new condition.
- Exchanges must be shipped within 5 days of receipt.
- Not valid for refunds...exchanges only. Items must be of equal or greater value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value there will be no refund issued for the difference.
- Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged. We will only accept one exchange per invoice/order.
- Get in touch with us at info@gayachic.com to process your exchange. Please note that the cost of both return and re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Shipping must be done via registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Gaya Chic ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
